A new year brings new year's resolutions

Went to work out yesterday and found out I have hit my all-time high in weight: 310 lbs! Not good at all. Pretty embarassed that I have let myself go this much. So it's time for some changes in my lifestyle. Working out is a must as well as a better diet. The biggest thing about my diet is that I need to eat SMALLER portions. A problem I have been dealing with for years. I don't have a number in mind of how many pounds I want to lose in a period of time. I just want to start leasing a healhier lifestyle.
